Will this work if I don’t have any existing clients or case studies?
We can work with you to help find product market fit and to acquire your initial clients that will help you gather case studies. We have resources for helping you gather case studies available upon request. Please book a strategy session and we can go into depth on how we help you collect case studies.
Will this work if I already have an existing prospecting team?
Absolutely, our team is as close to having an in-house team as possible. Invite them to your huddles, introduce them to other reps on your team. The only difference is that they are contracted through RevCentric.ai rather than being in-house. We integrate our sales development operations and tech stack into your existing CRM system so deals and leads flow seamlessly to your sales team.
Why wouldn’t we just hire internally instead of outsourcing?
Having been an SDR myself and having worked internally for many companies who managed an in-house SDR team I can tell you that the level of motivation is different. It comes down to incentives. An in-house SDR typically doesn’t have the same level of motivation as a contract SDR who is being paid for results. Also, according to the Bridge Group, the cost to hire and manage and in-house 2 man SDR team is roughly $315,000.
Who supplies the lead list?
Some of our clients have a master prospect list. Our best recommendation is to allow us to channel validate and clean the list if you haven’t already to make sure that we are reaching out to the correct channels & highest quality data possible. If you don’t already have a prospect list we will work with you to build one and continuously refresh/add to it channel validated prospects.

How do you determine a qualified prospect?
We work closely with you to understand your qualification matrix. We can also help you identified what types of prospects you should deem qualified. All in all, outbound prospecting is interruption marketing. But nobody we talk to is taking a meeting unless they resonate with the problem we articulate. Some may be more eager than others.
What do you use for sales technology & can you integrate with our stack?
We use channel validated prospects, a sales enablement tool that allows for efficient and prioritized prospecting, a power dialer for maximizing dialing hours, a cold email tool for optimizing deliverability and email sending, and tools for optimizing social outreach. Our full tech stack can be shared via strategy sessions.
What are contract lengths?
The worst thing a company can do is try outbound for to little of a time. That makes the entire process a giant waste of everyones time. We ask for a minimum of 6 months. If you can’t commit to this you’re likely not ready to build an outbound team. We put in place KPIs so if we drop below a certain performance level you have the liberty of voiding the contract.
How do you come up with messaging?
We use a problem-derivation framework & constantly A/B test. We can discuss this during a strategy session. Our messaging is about understanding the problem that your product solves in the market. If you have a working script and messaging and just need additional manpower we can use that as well and help you further refine it/implement continuous improvement methodologies.
How many clients do your reps work with at a time?
Our reps work on a maximum one rep per client. They are solely dedicated to your account.
Can we hire our reps in house?
Yes, we charge a one time recruiting fee of $15,000 and you are allowed to extend them offers.
What are the exact terms of the guarantee?
This can be discussed further during the proposal process but in short we set KPIs and if we drop below a certain KPI you have full authority to revoke your contract.
